Clean and friendly atmosphere. Danny the attendant was friendly, helpful and informative . I think he is an asset to the business and he needs a raise for his patience and knowledge of the equipment. I haven’t been to the laundromat in 30 years. This was a wonderful experience and I will be returning.

Nice and clean but prices are way too high, regular washers don't fill up all the way which cause you to use more.....and at 225 just for a regular wash plus a dollar to dry. Really hits you in the pockets.

RUDE! I came in to wash a comforter at 9PM and got turned away. Said last wash is 8:30p but their sign said 9pm. I would NOT recommend going there.

My washer has gone out so for the last month I have been going to Loose change on Colonel Glenn. Each time I have used them, I have spent over $50. My first negative experience, I put a 20 in the change machine. I got the 5 $1 coins but it didn’t dispense my 3 $5 dollar bills. No attendant. I waited for over an hour for her to come back and she “say” she called the manager about my $15 but I got tired of waiting and left, over an hour while I was folding clothes. Now, it’s about $3. The same change machine dispensed out 3 fun wash coins that I couldn’t use. I ONLY HAD PAPER MONEY NO COINS. Now instead of just turning on a machine and let me dry, I have to turn in the funwash coins, give my name and number on come back to pick up $3. It may take more than that to come back to pick it up. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!! I WILL GO ELSEWHERE!!!

This place is very clean and the environment is always peaceful. You don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable or harassed while doing your laundry. The staff are very friendly and helpful

I used coin laundry first time and my experience with loose change coin laundry was superb. There are many washers and dryers available according to the loads. You can change 1, 5, 10 and 20 dollars bills to $1 coin or quarters. It was super clean and the staff was excellent and ready to help you. My full 5 stars for the best services.

The guy overseeing the laundry Location saw me bringing my stuff in, doing multiple trips and once I have it all inside he tells me he can’t let me wash past 8:45. The time was 8:47 perhaps over 3 minutes while I brought my clothes inside.
He ended up not letting me wash and having to carry my stuff outside again.

It occurred Monday Feb, 5th. On location, 4600 W 12th st. This was an older man that rejected my business.

There isn't much praise I can heap on that hasn't been said, but Loose Change is fantastic. Super clean, always attended, several tvs, and nice machines in various sizes.
Price is on par, and there is a drop-off service (I haven't used yet) and free wifi.
Ask the attendant for bathroom and wifi access.
