If I could do 0 stars I would. This is the 3rd time (and final time) that I have a negative experience at this laundromat. The first time my clothes were not washed and dried as requested and I ended up with several shirts and socks that belonged to someone else. The 2nd incident was when one of the young women, who worked evenings, was so rude with her comments and left me and 1 other person standing at the counter waiting to check out, all while we heard how much she hated people, she was too busy and had to mop the floor before she could help us. I then had to ask her for help to get my clothes to my car, which was parked directly in front of the back door only to get an eye roll and a big uurrgh! Tonight I placed my items in one of the big 60 lb machines right inside the front door. After putting everything in the machine I noticed a very old, curled up piece of paper attached to the machine near where you put your money saying "out of order". I took everything out and placed it in the next machine. I was loading my money and when finished realized that, even though I was watching how much more money the machine needed, it had taken in 75 cents extra. I also got an error message saying that the lock wasn't secured properly. I called for assistance and the young lady working there didn't know what to do so she had to call the owner.. IWhile wtg for the owner I spoke with her about the 75 cents and she told me I wouldn't get it back because it was my fault I put too much money in. I was waiting for a while for the owner and because I am handicapped had to go sit outside in my car. I saw him come in, head buried in his cell phone, did something to the machine and listen to the woman speak with him while pointing at me. He waved her off with his hand and left. I went back in later and asked if she had spoken to him about the money. She said yes but he said because I was sitting in the car (right outside the front door) he had to go so it was not going to happen. What kind of customer service is this. Yes sir, I am handicapped and had to sit because I was hurting waiting for you. Had you gotten off your cell phone for a minute you might have been able to focus on your customer who was getting ripped off. Last time I will ever go there.

NEWLY RENOVATED LAUNDROMAT!!! TERRIFIC STAFF!!
This laundromat is absolutely lovely! It's incredibly clean and seems to have been recently updated. The place smells fantastic! I used both the extra-large and regular-sized self-service machines, and the payment process was a breeze. All I had to do was download an app, load money, scan, and start the machine!

They offer free WiFi, a convenient drop-off service, and a great selection of soaps and dryer sheets through a vending machine, plus a soda machine as well. I’d suggest adding a coffee machine and a snack machine for extra convenience. Also, be sure to mention your payment method in the "About" or "Services" section on Google. Overall, I’m really impressed and happy to have found such a great spot!
