We are visiting for the Olivia Rodrigo Concert and staying in Downtown Seattle. This was a 20min drive and worth it! Clean and convenient. The attendant on shift was very helpful. There’s a little pastry bar around the corner. Very delightful!

Weird, awkward, and unwelcoming, is how i would describe the majority of employees that work here! There was one employee that worked here who was polite and helpful; he was in his late 20s to maybe mid 30s, real easy going guy. I'd prefer to only go on his shifts if I had the option. Pricing is pretty up there, not my first choice to do laundry, there is free wifi though which is pretty cool.

Hadn’t had any issues for months. Rushed over and got all my laundry in the washers at 8:43 they all turned off. Ask front desk if they would let them run and they refused saying they turn off at 8:45 when there was still 2 minutes left. Obviously it was close but super frustrating just say it turns off at an earlier time if it’s before 8:45.

Edit: I had a mishap with trying to use up credit in the phone app combined with some quarters, and the machine ate my stack of quarters. Attendant told me I'd need to contract the app by email. Lesson learned, user error, don't mix payment methods! Wish you could pay per use with a card and not have to use an app with credits.

Changing my review to 5 stars because of Lunar's kind response. Also, the phone app company refunded me the excess payment which was also very nice.

The actual facility is fine, it's clean, machines work, fairly busy mid day on a weekday. Can get pretty warm in the room.
