I texted the owner (the only way they allow communication) saying that one of the machines took my money and did not initiate a wash cycle, but I never got a response. Beware of this laundromat and if the same thing happens to you, I suggest that you forgo a review and contact the Better Business Bureau. Taking money without providing the service for which it is paid is fraud, and that is illegal.

Super fast washing and drying. $3.50 a load and then 0.25 per 7 minutes of drying - usually means about 0.75 per load for drying for me. Overall quite cheap! Quarter machine inside. In and out very quickly, usually can be in and out within 45 minutes. Not usually crowded and plenty of free street parking either out front or in the surrounding neighborhood. It's an unattended laundromat, so I'm hoping I don't ever run into any issues! But I think there's a number posted inside to call if any issues do arise. Overall very useful and affordable!

Every time I go around 6 pm all washers are locked. I call the number of the business . Keane mine I never get a response. I don't recommend this place at all. Obviously the owner doesn't know anything about costumer service.

It’s 3 hours before this place closes and they’ve locked the doors while people have laundry inside. The Molly Moon’s employee locked the building and left. Awesome.

I go to this Laundromat every week because it is more efficient and better maintained than the paltry offerings of my apartment building. Fairly priced. Rarely a wait for a machine. Change maker has only ever been out one time (of dozens of visits). I've had conversations with the operator and he's been helpful in times of need.

Added bonuses: waffle cone aroma, ice cream, cute boutiques, Hi Spot, Cafe Soleil, and Madrona Arms, charming little parks and streets lined with lovely homes and glimpses of the lake. It's impossible to be bored while spinning your delicates in Madrona.
