What a nightmare of a place, quarter machine didn't work, one cart to share, washer didn't have any water so I switched it and paid again and same result. Messaged the owner and they said it was my fault their washers don't work. Smelled like a propane leak inside. So my clothes came out just as dirty as when I went in. Go some place else don't give this business your money.

There is a coin machine that only takes $1 or $5 bills when I went there was no employees there so the place was kinda messy with lost socks lastly there is no place to fold your clothes when your finished washing them

I this place to wash my clothes and the washer stop working with in two minutes I called the owner he said he was out of town and he will send me my money back but he didn't so tried to call him then he texted me I called again he said he will send it out to me but he DIDN'T SEND ME THE MONEY BACK

Madrona Laundromat is a hidden gem: easy to miss right beside Molly Moon’s, but worth finding. The dryers are super powerful, washers hold plenty, and there’s an old-school change machine (no apps, no Wi-Fi, my kind of place bc you don’t need your phone to operate the machines!). Clean, calm, and reliable, with some cute outdoor seating nearby that’s perfect for reading or journaling while your laundry spins. A quiet little portal for introverts and neighborhood regulars alike.

I would come to this laundromat often because it was always clean. I was surprised to walk in this place today and see how dirty the place was. I asked another customer about the condition of the place and he said it’s been going downhill for a while now. Hopefully it gets better soon.

Only went here because I had to while not having a car for a few months, it was the closest laundromat. Their dryers constantly get your clothes stuck in the door while drying, leaving black stains from the black rubber seal of the inside of he dryer door, thus ruining them. Had several shirts ruined here. You can barely maneuver inside the place if there’s more than 3 people in there. Good luck getting laundry done without getting ice cream. Gets two stars, one star is just for the place existing in a pinch, and one more star because they have later hours. Otherwise I’d go somewhere else.
