I'm not a fan of public laundry mats however, life happens and they come in handy. Now there a few things I look for when picking a location to wash my personal belongings. And they checked off all of my necessities and wants.

The machines were mold free, the facility was bug and roach free, the dryers worked and didn't eat a whole in my pockets to get my garments dry. That savings alone puts this place at high value to me. Although there's a dryer and washer I have my eye on that I wouldn't use again but that's typical washer soap opera stuff.

Bonus: they don't have that rule where you can't do this or that like you can't just dry only or you can't wash pillows etc. As long as you're not damaging the machine and overloading it you're good to go

And the staff although they are serious looking in the face, they are kind and willing to assist if asked & they will try to answer your request. All my needs met in one location.

Dirty floors and the whole place is dirty. Lady that runs it is cranky and NOT a people person. Nasty to everyone. Never going back

The laundromat is fine. It gets the job done, but the lady who runs it is a nasty piece of work. So incredibly rude. And it's more expensive than other places.

The owner/manager steals your clothes. About three quarters of the machines don't work. When you ask for your coins back, you have to have a long argument and dirty looks from the Chinese owner. She speaks no English and is extremely unpleasant. When I came to pick up my laundry, she was sifting thru my laundry. I am guessing to steal it? Don't see any other reason. Never again. So ghetto for a nice part of town like this.
