Usually come here later, when its not busy but decided to come since my washer is down. Tried one of the washers to find out I already paid but it gave me a error message, thinking I was stranded. I called the phone, someone ansered, and immediately gave me a refund to my card. Definitely didn't expect answer, but it sure made this laundromat my go against all the others.

Almost all washers don’t work , always out of order. My mother and I have came her multiple times was good and reasonable. People who owns this place don’t care customers are losing money. No refunds given. And to make things worse the water don’t fill so clothes not washing. Waste of time and money DO NOT COME HERE!

If you are in this area I highly recommend washing your clothes or households here it’s in the manoa shopping center people are friendly, I love the idea of using a card instead of a coin machine. Very clean and well lit.

I would have given the laundromat a 5 start rating if their card machine actually worked. One was jammed and the other was sold out. The manager wasn't in the laundromat so I called their phone number. The response I got was, "OH.... …
