Called 3 times, answered and got hung up on every time. Didn't even get to ask anything. Bad customer service. If your busy don't answer the phone, or at least say why you can't talk.
Amazing experience ! They did a pillow for a good price that no one else would even try. Amazing customer service and communication. Had my order ready earlier than expected which was great. Everything came out perfect
