Terrible customer service. I've been a customer for over 4 years and just putting up with the bad and rude attitudes of the ladies who work here but no more. Mari is very unpleasant and unprofessional and my clothes weren't clean which she did purposely believe. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The staff are very friendly. The prices are reasonable when you consider the free drying time for washing the clothes here. Wednesday is discount wash day also so it is cheaper to wash and you still get the free dry time albeit a slightly reduced amount of free dry time.

They provide drop off location area and they do a great job👏. U can get same day service when dropped off early in the day 👍 …

My 17 year old son went here to do his laundry and he stated the lady was very rude to him when he asked how to use machine “ You know how to drive but not use a washer machine”. So when I t was time for him to dry his clothes I went in and pretended not to be with him. So my son asked “excuse me how do I start the dryer “ she said “ how ever you want” He said no what button all the letters were worm off. This lady stated to my child “I dont think you should be working a machine if you ask questions like that”. I said Maam who are you talking to that was very rude and you are here to help people. She told me look I just got out of jail and I said what does that mean? I asked for the managers name and number and she told me its on the outside door. I have never met someone so rude and nasty!!! Never again
