Went in here on Thurs, April 24, 2025 about 6:30 pm.
The owner ( apparently) made himself scarce as his machines kept STEALING MY $$!!
I am disabled, it's hard for me to get in most places, so it was easy to park & get in here.
As much as it was my fault for even tryng this place, he as well should have to take responsibility & pay back the $$ I went thro on his rip off machines!!
95% of his machines ( washers & dryers both) don't work.
The ones , I THOUGHT worked, did NOT until after I put the $$ & soap in the washers.
I put the coins & clothes in, THEN it told me ' out of order!
So I went thro many washers to find 3 that worked.
Well, than it was the same for the dryers!!
Put in the coins, THEN get ' out of order'
Only the machines that ' worked' actually didnt!!
I'm guessing he had all machines set at the lowest settings, even tho I was pressing HOT, everything came out cold & wet, time & again!!
No matter how long I put them in!!
I ended up having to keep everything bagged up so I can bring it to get cleaned & dried once the Draft is over & I can get to my favorite laundromat again in Ashwaubenon!
I am out $20.75 & will be reporting this to the Better Business Bearu !

The most unkept laundry mat in Brown County. Not only is their cat feces🤮and garbage on the floor, but almost every single Dryer has some sort of tape or sticky note placed on it labeled "Out of Order"
and the majority of the remaining working ones, have a overwhelming smell of cat litter in their dryer lint screen. There's unidentified, questionable chunks of whatever melted to the inside of a number of dryers. There's even a random pack of chewing gum just chilling inside a dryer.
Only one coin dispenser works, of course, the other one is out of order. And low and behold, all of the individual soaps in the dispenser are OUT OF ORDER.
Extreme poor management and should be shut down! This will be the one and only time I ever bring business here. Where's the owners integrity? Unbelievable.

This place has around 100 washers and dryers BUT ONLY 10 are working! Yes I said 10!!! Not a typo…. I see why I was the only person in there other than one other person. I won’t be coming back here ever again! Owh and they don’t even have the hot water on for washing whites that would normally be required. I’m surprised this place is still open. SMH!!!
