I come to this place all the time for about 8 years now, and I just came in here and there this young guy with what looks like this ponytail, I did come at 10 to closing, but that doesn’t matter, he was super rude! Don’t be so much in a hurry to leave that you think it’s okay to treat your customers that way, bring back Mr McPherson.

Dropped off suit, shirt and a couple of dresses to be dry cleaned on a Monday and needed it done by Thursday as we were going out of town Friday AM. Showed up Thursday afternoon, they couldn’t find our clothes. Finally found suit and one dress and said they had been cleaned but that the shirt and other dress were in Lebanon and there’s nothing he could do, saying I could come pick it up Friday morning. I repeated that as I said when the clothing was dropped off I needed it by Thursday because we were going out of town. Guy behind the counter said there’s nothing he could do. I said this was unacceptable and he called the owner up who drove to the shop and located both the shirt and dress still dirty in the back of the store. As a cherry on top there was dog hair all over the suit and dress that had been “cleaned”. This place is a mess, disorganized and do a poor job on the work they claim to have actually completed. AVOID.

I’m so sorry this happened. We have made some changes to our processing, including fully upgrading our equipment and making some logistical changes. Unfortunately, during some of those changes we had one day where some items were mistakenly not processed. We’ve ironed those problems out, but I’d love the chance to make this right for you. I have come here quite a few times and have had great service! However, I recently brought in two items for zipper replacements, and was told $30 per item, $60 total. When I went to pick up, each item was over $65, totaling over $130, a lot different than the $60 I was told. Very disappointed. Also, one of my items was not even ready. The woman working was very kind and trying to mend the situation, however, her supervisor was not very helpful.

Affordable prices compared to other places in Nashville. Their default turnaround time is only 1-2 days so I never have to ask for a rush even if I wait until the last minute.
