It was amazing. It was nice and clean. The atmosphere was cool. Both of the girls that were there didn't mind my service dog. It was a nice, nice experience for me. The washing machines washed really good and dried quickly. I only had to use the dryers once so I would give it the best review ever and it's the people are so sweet and it's hard to find kind people these days. I'll go back and I'll send it to all my friends a link. If they do the laundry they should come here

Amazing staff experience with Shannon and my 5yr old getting down to "Go Danny Go"
The cleanliness, kids center, and up to date machines with multiple payment methods keep us coming back. This wide open gymnasium feeling space is well illuminated. Featuring several Tvs, vending, comfortable seating and clean restroom.
Shannon kept it 💯 family oriented. Just above and beyond customer service. Consistent with the atmosphere. A real pleasure as a paying customer bringing my business here. Like many families with little ones in tow.💕

This is my 2nd time coming to ( Mega Laundromat )
I am happy with the customer service and extremely pleased with the quality of the machines who could miss the cleanliness of their business.
I will definitely be coming here for now on.
And they even have plants now that's a first.

The place is clean and spacious, but the staff isn't friendly. I think that if they work there, they should be ready to answer basic questions about washing up or paying. I asked, and they refused to explain; they were on their phone. When I paid by card, the machine swiped it twice, and then I put in the coins. Anyway, the issue isn't the money; it's the lack of empathy from the person who works there. That was on the morning of February 8th.
