Great place to do laundry! We went to wash our huge blankets. The owner was so nice when helping us with the machines. The place was clean, it had wifi, and TVs. Best part was the token machines, I hate having to carry cash/coins and the machine was digital with Apple Pay. 100% a go to place from now on.

I love this laundromat. I’ve been coming here since the spring. I come here every week if I can. I love how small and cute it is.

However, no one takes care of the place.

- It’s dirty, never actually cleaned.

- the machines either don’t work at all, underperform or have buttons that don’t work, so you’ll waste a lot of quarters here trying to get that extra rinse; (hint: don’t try it, it won’t work.)

- the bathroom is never clean, good luck if you’re a woman…

- the coin machine is always down or out of coins, so good luck getting quarters to do your laundry… i come here first thing in the morning and the coin machine is out of quarters… like how do you close the laundromat every night? You just check and make sure no customers are here and then lock the doors? No money management? You don’t routinely check or sanitize the machines to make sure they’re clean and operating?

- there’s no attendant/manager or person that is here to help or answer questions. You kinda have to go the extra mile to get help.

- they have TVs but never have them on.

- all of these things (and possibly other things that I haven’t experienced) leave customers upset, and just taking their laundry elsewhere.

I’ve only saw the owner twice (they seem to only come to replenish quarters) and one of those times I offered to work here full time just to keep up on the place and they weren’t interested.

This just feels like another local business that just wants your business (your money) but nothing to do with the community that FUNDS the business. It’s sad, and due to the constant issues, I probably won’t be coming here anymore. They don’t put any of the money that they make off of you back into this business and it shows.
