I’m giving this place a 5 out of 5 because of one person. She is always working and always just running around trying her hardest to keep the place clean and manageable. She is always helpful and personable when I’m there. I never caught her name but she is amazing. She needs to get a raise or something.

Place was very clean, not crowded.. i had a comforter that wouldn't fit the machine at home.. They're awesome!! Had other business in Hopkins and it all worked out fine..

I’m here right now 7/5/25. There are 5 washing machines and 2 dryers out of order but it’s not busy so not a problem. What I don’t like is how dirty the floors, baseboards and bathroom are. Even under the machines it’s green… is that mold/mildew?
Plenty of places to sit, carts are nice. Have vending for snacks, water, detergent but I didn’t use them. Laundromats are expensive wherever you go so not even complaining about the prices.
You need to do a deep clean of the entire facility- people are here to get clean clothes and when the building is dirty, it’s hard to have a good impression.
