High prices for machines, many of them are broken, there is rarely an attendant here, the coin exchange is mix of quarters and tokens you can only use here, and the icing on the cake is they have a tip jar.... for what? I do everything myself and the attendant is rarely here. Not coming back
Edit: Owner has time to reply to and snoop negative reviews with lightning speed, but doesn't take care of his business. I'm here right now buddy, this place is a mess with stuff all over the floor. If you put half that effort into taking care of this place you might actually have a nice business

Hello—Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We are sorry you had a negative experience at Megawave. We have a customer feedback mailbox at the laundromat which we collect on a weekly basis, which gives us the customer’s name and address, (& the issue) whereby we can provide a refund. I’m not sure if you filled out one of our forms. Feel free to email us at info@MegaWaveCoinLaundry.com & provide a short explanation, and we will promptly send you a refund on any money that you spent that day.

We do generally have reliable washers and dryers at Megawave, and we monitor for machines that are out of order. We also have a system for refunding money to customers that have had issues—in a self serve laundromat some machine malfunctions are periodically going to take place. Our laundromat has a good track record over the past 9 years, with many satisfied customers, as can be noted via our overall 4.3 Google rating.

Lots of people not wear mask inside the store. I used to go here all the time but last few times, was very stressful, to many people without mask. They need more signs.
