Since the opening of this place the air quality of our neighborhood has tanked. All the chemical fragrances are terrible. I have called there to see what they can do to better filter it and nothing has changed. How do people not know how carcinogenic fragrances and dryer sheets are? So frustrating.

Horrible customer service experience! The money machine wasn’t taking my money. Office was open so I approached for help, started off strange by saying can I help you in a very condescending cadence and when I proceeded to ask if she had change for my cash she said if your here for laundry..: are you doing laundry ? Like she already knew by looking at me I was not (I was dressed down, not looking the best !) she proceeded to take my cash and say let me try. (I allowed her to, even though I knew it would not work for her as well!) anyway after her trying it out and realizing I was indeed not lying about the machine not working, THEN she decided to help out. At this point the prejudice and her cadence was so off putting I no longer wanted to give her business my money! And to think this is a small business that proclaims Christianity makes it all the more pitiful ! Do better !!
