Machines are still routinely broken and there hasn't been a working change machine in (presumably) months. Worse still, the card readers are picky and often won't read cards. Who the heck is running this place?

Not usually a bad spot to do some laundry, but I walked in today and half the machines were broken, and the other half were in use by the two people inside. The parking lot was almost empty, how does that make any sense?

I legitimately had to do laundry down the road at that coin-op place next to Billy's Pizza. Not ideal, but I guess it's better than having half of the machines down.

Great place to do laundry with easy access. The help no matter who is working are very friendly and helpful. Fairly priced and clean. I will eventually use the dry cleaning part of the business soon.

None of the card readers work. Initially brought my own detergent, which was wasted because the card reader didn't work. Figured it was that machine. Bought detergent from them, tried a different machine, same thing. Tried every single washer, none of them worked. Waste of time.
