We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our laundromat. We are currently expanding the laundromat and adding 1000 square feet to the space with tons of folding tables. The expansion should be done in few weeks. Customers safety is a top priority. This is why we have an advanced video surveillance system with cameras everywhere, as you noticed. Bathroom is also kept lock for security reasons but the attendant is readily available to unlock for the laundromat customers. Our commitment to the customers' safety is what keeps our customers feel safe to come to our laundromat 24/7. Our prices are extremely reasonable. If you've been to other comparable laundromats in the area, you'd notice that our prices are significantly lower. Not sure what is meant by "personality of a paper" but the laundromat's employees are extremely nice and helpful to the customers and always go the extra mile to keep them satisfied with their experience. We are proud to be a part of this community and to have thousands of satisfied customers, as witnessed with hundred to 5 star reviews.
