This place was super convenient but unfortunately with my last load, the whites and colors were mixed in and ruined several garments because the color spread to the whites. :( sad.

They have gigantic washing machines that allow me to wash multiple king size comforters at one time. It's a little on the expensive side at $9.50 per wash, but when you think about washing them separately and all the effort that goes into it, I find it worth it. The owner put a sign on them saying that they aren't functional because I guess people over soap them. If you see a man working there, just ask him to use it and he will let you.

This place is an absolute disaster. Not only have they failed to return all of my belongings, but they’ve also completely ruined the items I did get back. (Wash n fold service )

The first time I noticed missing items, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But the second time? It’s clear they have no respect for their customers’ property. At least 4 large white plush bath towels and 6 neon microfiber towels , that I use for cleaning have disappeared. These are things I use daily, so I know exactly what’s missing. I live alone and I know exactly what I have and everything is in a set.

I reached out to the owner to address the issue, and they didn’t even bother to respond. The lack of accountability is disappointing.

To make matters worse, the items that were returned were ruined. My light-colored clothes now have a blue-ish tint because they didn’t bother to sort the laundry properly. Bright whites and light pinks are now dingy and foggy. (See pictures )

This is not a one-time mistake—it’s a pattern. Take your business elsewhere unless you want your belongings stolen and destroyed.
