The drop off service started off good, now they’re horrible, never again! They overstuff the machines (they admitted it and said they had a lot of clothes the same day) mixing lights and darks leaving clothes stained, dirty and dingy while ignoring detergent requests. Our baby clothes came back with food caked on them and stiff, some missing! Our clothes came back dingy, faded, and stiff, the work clothes still dirty and some stuff like socks and underwear weren’t even ours, yuk, very unprofessional! They even mixed baby clothes with our clothes. I always send baby detergent, baby scented beads, fabric softener and dryer sheets or I pay extra for fabric softener. I suspected they were keeping some since I’d send huge bottles and they’d say they used it all. So we started just paying extra for Tide and Downy. This last time was the last draw. They even messed up the baby blankets and our fleece blankets with dryer burn. In the beginning they boasted about how well detailed they took care of the clothes. When I called to complain they brushed me off and said “next time, with no regards for the damaged items. There will not be a next time! So, if you care about your stuff, don’t take them here! Dry cleaning would’ve costed me less considering the items they ruined especially from not drying them on low like they claim to do with everything!

1st time here. Guy who works there was extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized too.

Left my old cleaners and have started using might cleaners they charge a very very reasonable rate .65 per pound! They do a great job and the clothes came out great! So far so good! Totally recommend!
