Never coming back to this place again, accidentally took the lady’s cart that was working there didn’t realize it had her sticky notes on it, was just a mistake and she yelled at me and told me I had no common sense. It was an accident, that is definitely no way to treat a customer over a mistake. I know this business won’t care about this review but it needs to be said. After reading other reviews I see why and see that she does this to a lot of people, she should not be working in the customer service industry she needs to retire or go somewhere else.

The new owner of this place is rude. I have been going to this laundromat for over 5 years as I stay close and it's convenient. I refuse to give this guy any more of my money. I would rather deiver out of my way to wash my clothes. I suggest you steer clear of this place. The last owner was so nice and helpful. This guy act like your bothering him. Why run a business if you dont like people.

Excellent laundromat. Beautiful decorations for each season. Very clean and safe. They recently went up on prices for the washing machines but still competitive with the market.

We have been coming here since 1992. Absolutely always clean laundromat and has a friendly attendant on staff. Half price large washers on Thursdays!

Horrible customer service. I arrived around 7:20 pm and was greeted in an unpleasant manner and told the last load was 7pm. I had one item and the Facility doesn't close until 9:30pm. I will never go back or recommend to anyone.

I have been doing the drop off service for several years now and have never been disappointed. They are always nice and polite, good prices, and clean facility. This is the only place I will go while I live here in Kenosha.

The laundry mat is clean. But there washers has black mold and dirt in the seals of the washers. The rubber in the top where to pour detergent is full of mold. I went almost to every washer and i saw black mold. Some of the slots where the bleach and detergent goes is clogged with either detergent or fabric softener. I was told that’s just the moisture no that’s black mold that needs to be cleaned. Deep dirt in between the washers. I was disgusted at what I saw…
