Well, I like to evaluate experiences based on the principle that, in this case, it's the service. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The young woman who served me was immediately helpful. I told her it was my first time. She immediately offered to wash and deliver everything ready. Of course I accepted! She weighed the clothes, gave me the price, I paid, and AT THIS EXACT MOMENT of this review I am in the parking lot (Plus) waiting for her to call me to pick up the clothes. I'm very grateful! It's a shame I don't live in Lawell, otherwise I would always come back.

I normally do laundry at home but really needed to launder in volume so came to Mill City Laundromat.

The ladies here are very friendly with upbeat personalities, and make the environment fun, esp with their excellent music. As another reviewer mentioned, they will help you find a dryer or washer even when it’s busy during peak hours.

I am surprised by how expensive laundry is in general, as much as $8-$10. It may be worth it to pay by the ponds to have clothes wash/dried ($1.30/lb).

For a large laundry load (4 laundry baskets), it’s $5.75. Regular machine load capacity is $3.75, and drying is 25 cents for 5 minute. An average load may take 25 mins. The dryer has a large drum capacity.

The machines only take quarters but there’s a machine that will provide change up to $20 bills.

Would recommend this place if you need to do laundry.
