My guy brought his suit to be cleaned and the one lady told him the price then he left, then her sister text my guy and said that she didn’t add in the tax of a dollar and some change and said she wouldn’t clean his suit until he responded to the message! When you are quoted a price that is what you pay! In other words that sounded like a threat! Some people are just ignorant, next time better business bureau will handle how you treat people.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are open to discuss in person about your concern. We have pricing and total pricing. We share our dry cleaning pricing up front to our customers. Unfortunately most services are taxed and most be included and that is in the total price.

Hello Tesha, I like to see it too. You can come anytime from Monday to Friday 8 am to 2 pm. I had been working in dryclean since 2000 and I never had customer complaints about clothes color change. I do a lot of dryclean clothes for your kind of people and they are happy and satisfied my work. I'm sorry for what had happened to your clothes. Your two dress, I try many times, but don't know why still look's the same.
This is her response to her damaging my clothes and me trying to get some type of solution to the issue. After I met with her. I was told that I she didn't do the clothes. 800.00 dollars later. My insurance paid her. My insurance company going to have fun with her.

The only thing I do not like is, they shut off the hot water to save money. The wash price is fair. And the drying is pretty cheap.
