We take these types of accusations very seriously and must respond with the facts.

First, our New York location is equipped with 2 years old top of the line, commercial-grade washers and dryers —well-suited for regular laundry service. We offer standard wash & fold, not high-end garment care or dry cleaning services. If delicate or specialty items were placed into the laundry without proper disclosure, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for damage caused by inappropriate garment handling. Our attendants are trained to handle clothing with care, but we rely on customers to separate or flag delicate items in advance.

Second, your statement that we “promised a full refund and didn’t give it” is completely false. We have no record of any such communication, nor any trace of a conversation regarding reimbursement. We are always willing to work with customers when a legitimate issue arises, but in this case, the situation described does not match any interaction we’ve had.

We ask that reviews remain honest and constructive. False claims hurt small businesses that work hard to serve their communities. If you would like to contact management directly with your receipt or order information, we’re happy to review your case seriously — but only with real details.

We want to clarify that this location is open until 11:00 PM, and our last wash is at 9:30 PM. In fact, we recently updated our policy to allow customers an extra 30-minute grace period, meaning even if you arrive close to 9:30 PM, you should still be able to wash and dry your clothes without being turned away — unless it's well past the cut-off time.

If someone told you otherwise or locked the doors around 8:45 or 9:00 PM, that is absolutely not acceptable, and we’re actively investigating this situation. Our team has been reminded of the updated policy, and we are taking steps to ensure it is respected at all times.
