The machines here constantly break or are out of order without any signage. There is no number to call and out of the three years I’ve gone here there has never been an attendant on site. I’m pretty sure I’ve lost at least $20 here.

IF a staff person is there you’ll be fine.

Otherwise.... get ready because these machines eat quarters, $1s and $5s. Happened several times. They never send a refund.

Always Dirty. They kick you out with upmost rudeness and an hour late opening frequently. No phone number to check. Walk your laundry through beacon hill and not open.

This place is absolute garbage. The machines look and work like they’re 20+ years old and do not actually wash your clothes. They are constantly breaking down or not accepting quarters aka not working at all. The quarter machine never works and the people that own the place also own the market next door but won’t help you if anything isn’t working. They just tell you to call the “emergency number” posted on the wall but the lady who answers that is absolutely clueless. Literally the only reason this place is still in business is because of the location and they know it. If I could give this place zero stars I would. So sick of trash places in Boston that charge ridiculous amounts of money for nothing just because they can. Have a little pride in your business and yourself and run a legit place that people enjoy coming to. It’s really not that hard.

Be ready to sit and wait for the dryer to make sure it doesn't stop within the first 10 minutes after putting in 6 quarters

Prices for the wash are 375 for the smallest loads of laundry you’ll ever see.

The dryers are seven minutes a quarter.

In addition, I was at the laundromat near closing time. I asked the girl who was closing up “do you mind if I put more quarters in?” She said sure watched me put two dollars worth of quarters in the dryers and then once I left I watched her open all the dryers. I asked what she was doing and the response was she’s not allowed to leave them running.

I’m officially never using this laundromat again I’d rather walk another two blocks then deal with someone so manipulative others over two dollars

Machine prices are reasonable, definitely cheaper than wash and fold at the local drycleaners. All the washer I've used work though sometimes they won't take certain quarters.

The big issue is that some of the dryers run, but don't dry, so sometimes i have to dry my clothes twice costing me money and 40 minutes of my time. There are no staff and no way to let them know a machine is broken so its really hit or miss, but there aren't many laundromat options around.

If they had broken stickers, or sticky notes and pens, available to mark broken machines it would really improve the experience.
