I had a problem with the washing machine that simply stopped working and my clothes got stuck in it for more than 5 minutes and I lost some money. I immediately called them to fix the problem, they asked for my information to make the refund and I waited for days and weeks and nothing was done. I called again and they said they would refund, after a few minutes they sent me a message saying that I didn’t receive the refund due to lack of evidence and then I sent the videos that I had and they could check the cameras but they didn’t. Today they contacted me saying the incident happened a long time ago and next time they would not make the refund without evidence even though I had already sent it twice. I don’t know why they have a telephone number for assistance and so many cameras in the establishment when they could confirm what happened. They were simply rude and it seems that they don’t believe in their customers, customers who pay to keep their place open.
