Not impressed I took a ton of laundry there and the charged an enormous fee and didnt even do them right.
Arrived at 7am sharp and they was closed . If the time says 5am-12am then do it . People doors don’t open till 10am-9pm that’s the new hours. Thanks everyone

Came in while working the ice storm and they told us to take our boots off at the door because they didn’t want to mop after us then mixed up four guys clothes absolutely terrible service everyone in there was in a bad mood I can’t recommend you not come here enough

Mark (manager), Linda (attendant),Kathy (attendant) , Michael (owner) SAVED THE DAY! we came in desperate for a solution to over 300 pounds (13 bags) of clothes! After decluttering a relatives home we were completely BURIED in laundry! The customer service was OUTSTANDING!!!!! They made sure we knew how each machine operated, helped us wash and dry our clothing and saved us a ton of money! We enjoyed the experience so much that we will only return to Nashville Laundry if needed further assistance. They listened to my every groan and tiredness and even encouraged us that we would be okay and they were here to help every single step! This place is so much nicer than it has to be- hot coffee, new machines, $-for-$ match when you use the app right now. They’re even building a children’s reading area.

Not hot enough Water & too expensive. Today no hot water at all and the place was filthy, Homeless sleeping in side when i got there at 5:00 am opening time. must have slept there all night, bad situation all round need to close this place at night and run the homeless out before you lock it up, and if you expect folk's to pay for laundry at least have hot water tight wads !
We understand. I am so sorry that this was your experience. You caught us on a bad day. There was a problem with the hot water and that has since been fixed. The homeless do come in at times early in the morning and we are working to find a solution. Thank you comments and for your business.
Clean and convenient laundromat! Machines easy to use, and I never have trouble finding an open washer or dryer. The staff is friendly and the place feels safe and well-kept. Definitely my go-to spot for laundry
