I walked to deliver my laundry in the morning and was told that the laundry would be ready same day in the evening. Cool! Plus, I was worried that my laundry would get misplaced, so I offered to count the items. The staff assured me that each bag of laundry sent would be placed into a washing machine. So no lost items. Best part is there is free deliver within New York.

Woman at this place is so rude it's unbelievable. Doesn't say hello and doesn't offer guidance I come from the UK where most people have washing machines in there homes. So I have never used the service before. I figured it out myself eventually. However, It's crazy expensive to use the service and she charged me an exuberant 10 dollars to use her laundry detergent once. her English is almost untangle so I struggled to understanding the why she was yelling at me. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

It said it opens at 7 a.m., but it opened around 7:30. The interior wasn't very pleasant. I used the laundry service. The laundry was done well and folded neatly.
