Plenty of a space with easy to use washers and dryers, even for a tourist like myself who had never been to a laundromat. The staff helped us with what we needed, but I wouldn't exactly say they were friendly, although I don't know if you can reasonably expect to be helped with a big smile at a place like this. Also they do your laundry for you for a reasonable price, but I personally didn't use that service.

I dropped off three silk blouses to be dry cleaned. Two came back a disgusting shade of yellow-beige, and one of the employees spent twenty minutes demeaning me and telling me the shirts were dropped off that color. Horrific customer service and poor dry cleaning too.

THEY WILL LOSE YOUR CLOTHES!!! I do large loads and I travel a lot so it’s not always easy for me to notice if something is missing, but the first time I got someone else’s West Elm blanket throw and got charged for it, I returned it and thought it was a one-off. The next time I did a load, they returned it missing two lululemon leggings and an entire set of high quality white sheets. They will ignore your calls and say the owner will call but they have never apologized or offered a refund.

I used it during my stay.
You can exchange your coins for 25-cent coins at the coin changer inside the store.
*Only $10 bills are accepted!

The extra-large washing machine cost $10, and the medium-sized dryer took 5 minutes and cost 25 cents.

Both the extra-large washing machine and the medium-sized dryer easily accommodated the laundry load for two people over five days of our trip. 😁

There are benches inside the store where 3-4 people can sit while waiting, and there's a Starbucks just a two-minute walk away.

I went to this laundromat faithfully almost every weekend. I put my money in old mans machine by accident. Instead of using the change they have to turn my machine on the old lady refused and wouldn’t allow me to speak to the owner. Never using this laundromat again after this. Anywhere else would have helped me. I basically paid 16$ for one load of laundry!
