Several machines are broken and unlabeled if they are. Lost money in over 3 machines due to them being broken and not labeled.

Good place to do your laundry. Nice laundry machine prices also.

I have been coming to this laundromat for a while now. I haven't been here in 2 years, and it's still as great as I remember. The people that come here are respectful, and it's usually pretty quiet and peaceful. The only complaint I have is that the seating while you wait for your laundry is not the most comfortable.

This place is terrible and it's not the "old owner" as many reviews rebuttals are overtired toward, either. I've been here twice and I'll never return. A good portion of the machines don't work or have features that don't work and many of the working units clunk and clank about, some not washing well. It's been filthy both times I came. The left hand largest washer is so finicky with water that loading it 1/4 of the way with clothes still didn't have them all even damp at the end. The matching mega dryers - ha! The left one starts squeaking and shuttering and the clothes stop turning. Had about 150 dollars worth of stuff scorched. Avoid this dump! Really, there are much nicer places around.

Response from the owner

Regarding 'old owner': We bought the laundromat in April of 2016. There was a prior owner to this laundromat that never even responded to service cards, maintained the machines, and doubted any customer who said they had a problem and leaned towards not returning money because of it. I always refund and always add extra to compensate any headaches.

Regarding being at my laundromat twice and not returning: Im always disappointed when a customer says statements like this. I'm a business who is always trying to gain customers, not lose them. I would like to say one thing to you about this though, to see if maybe I can change your mind. It's a very busy laundromat that I staff to clean on a regular basis. Often shortly after my cleaner leaves, the laundromat is so busy that with families eating lunches, children playing while mom washes, etc. that it appears its not tended to. The laundromat is cleaned by my 'white glove cleaner' every day.

Regarding my machines not working: All our machines (except the small washers in back), are Maytag machines that were only 4 years old when we bought them. These machines are high end, top of the line washers that are designed by Maytag to last 10 years, being run 24 hrs/7days a week. Because of the high volume in my store they do break down to what appears often. When ever a machine is reported to not be working, we have someone out there to repair it within a week. The machine that 'clunks and clanks', is one that the bearings wore out just last week and I had my repair man there all night last night doing the 2 day repair job required on it. He is half way done as we speak.

Regarding the left hand largest washer: This is the first I've heard that machine is plugged. Often a sock works its way back into the tubing (This is where all the socks disappear to when people do laundry btw), and this can happen at any time. Thankfully not often. I will get this repaired now that I know about it.

Regarding the mega dryers: It sounds like a belt snapped which is caused by loading the dryer way over its weight capacity. These belts are $350 and always upsetting when someone overloads. If you put items in the dryer that your fabric recommends not to heat dry, it will burn your items. All fabrics allowed to heat dry will not burn. My experience is either you put in there a pillow top mattress pad with heating elements in it, or vinyl sleeping bags that specifically state not to heat dry. Because it squealed on you and I had not had a report of a problem on it recently, then I would assume the mattress pad is what you put in there, being to heavy.

I really wish people would call me or give me an opportunity to explain the situation, or offer compensation before writing such horrible things : (
