Machines when working are great. Better than most in area by far. Just not clean but understandable for how many people use this place. Free WiFi is a plus.

We work on the road and come here to do laundry when we’re in town because it’s open 24 hours (thank you!) however, they do not provide hand soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom and I believe that is against health codes. Also, the dryer burnt 2 blankets (very lightweight, non comforter) on the minimum setting. Be careful what you dry here, and don’t plan on having clean hands if you use the bathroom.

Half of the machines in the place are out of services and the others take your money charging you double price. There is nobody to healp or clean.

Got one of the large washing machines all set up---item in, detergent in, now tokens/quarters... Machine wouldn't take tokens or quarters, but were stuck in slot. Return button not working. Moved item to machine next to it. Had to break a $20 bill as that was all I had on me for more quarters /tokens----WAY TOO MANY TOKENS vs quarters for what I needed. Had to buy a box of detergent for a $1.50 as used the one I had brought. Filled out last "Out of Service" card requesting reimbursement for lost tokens in machine, cost of replacement detergent, AND exchange of $8 in tokens. What should have been a $14.50 job has turned into a $28.00 job. Will hold out for reimbursement and exchange of tokens.
Place was quiet and clean. Didn't need bathroom...

Would have given this business a higher rating but I can't overlook that every time I've been here there are many machines/card readers that need service. Wonderful that free WiFi is available. Snack machine and soap vending is available also.
