100 reviewsSuper expensive and the machines are garbage. The washer I used was leaking water and the dryers suck.. 35 minutes is not enough time to dry. It leaves your clothes slightly damp forcing you to put another 1.75$ for an entire 35 minutes which you don't need. 45 minutes of dry time would be perfect. Please switch the dryers to dry for 45 minutes instead of 35. Otherwise I'll just find some other place to go. Still hasn't changed as I went here ona Sunday one last time. on top of that it's even more disappointing. Change machines don't even work. There's 4 change machines. 2 are out of service and 2 are out of of coins. The owner of this business needs to try harder .
Nice convenient laundromat
Not a bad little place. Some of the machines seemed to be giving other customers hell, but I had an okay go of the one I picked out. It was clean enough and not crowded. The washer and dryer I used were both adequate, and nothing got damaged. Wifi worked well. I wish I'd had one of these back in my old neighborhood.
This place was filthy. On top of that if you try to get a laundry card it takes 50 usd put of your bank with no warning. No option to choose an amount. The bathroom was filthy to and the lock was broken on the door.
The price on the laundry machine was higher than advertised but after it became morning they suddenly changed...
This entire place seems super sketchy and like a big scam. I'm surprised the washers and dryers even worked honestly.
It's five usd to use one machine for one wash which is rediculous. So is the wash card machine as I said above.
I apologize you had a tough time at our laundromat. Its a 24 hour laundromat that has times it gets very busy. I'm sure you came after a rush. We have a cleaner come in every day. As far as the washcard machine charging you $50: The machine has an option to choose three dollar amounts by pressing one of three different buttons to choose. You pushed the $50 button by mistake it appears. As far as advertising one amount, and the actual amount being higher: We don't advertise anywhere outside the store. I have one sign up in the laundromat that states on Wednesdays we offer a sale price on the large wash machines, and it appears you came on a Thursday. As far as the price of one wash being $5.00: You chose a washing maching that washes three loads at once. We do have single load washing machines that are $2.75 to wash. We also have an 80lb wash machine that washes 5 loads at one time for $10 a wash cycle. Please call (612)221-1845 for any further issues you would like to discuss.
1st machine I lost $5.00 there were no slips to fill out or stickers to put on the machine so no one else lost their money. One of the dryers I used took some time for me to get that started, once it did it sounded like it was going to take off into space. I tried texting the company but there wasn't a way to do that. How does one get their money back from a broken machine? I'm hoping that I will be contacted regarding this.
Had problems with a $20 wash card that finally got activated. Make sure you activate your card!!!
The owner was kind enough to immediately text back and got it right. THANK YOU. Several machines out of order and need attention. No attendant on duty there should be clear signage about the wash cards that they need to be activated online after an hour wait before your card can be used. Kudos to the card company's tech support for getting our card activated.
Matt texted me stating "My wife bought a $20 wash card that shows $0 balance when she used it. What is going on?". I replied via text within the hour stating, "She probably did not authorize the card in the machine. Did you use cash or credit card, and are you still at the laundromat?" To which I got no reply.
Many times people forget to authorize the card in the machine. If cash was used, it would require me to give a refund (Which I'm willing to do if he contacts me soon because its impossible to verify a cash transaction if others use the machine after him.) If he used a credit card, then his credit card company will automatically zero out the 'pending transaction' in 3 business days.
Regarding tokens: Our customers prefer $1.00 tokens, rather than depositing 48 quarters for a 80lb washing machine.
