This is the second time we've been here and lost money. I left a msg. @ the listed phone number asking to be reimbursed $4.75 for defective washer #23 and the bottom dryer of #56. I put 3 "out of order" signs on machines myself, but someone should be checking in regularly. We use a laundromat once a month for our quilts.

Update: Owner called me back that day, apologized profusely and reimbursed us. Haven't been back because we only do our heavy stuff, but he promised to have someone doing repairs the very next day and also to leave envelopes for future problems. Nice guy, too!

Don’t expect much. Machines that are questionable and will eat your money, expired snacks in vending machines—don’t waste your change on it. Not customer friendly.

Hello, yes the place could be cleaner but adults use this place, so when yoh drop something or spill something clean it up. Really, people complain about it not being clean yet you are part of the reason its messy. I actually saw a grown woman throw food wrappers on the floor and let her kids do the same but yet she was ob her phone telling someone how nasty the place is. For real? This is a reason places like this close, because people to take care of it.
