Easy to find and very bright, but super expensive. The smallest one is 5 bucks but it is super tiny and can't fit my comforter. The medium one is 8 bucks. If you want to add value to the app, 10 buck is the minimum value.

This facility, easily has the best pricing in town, if you utilize the Speed Queen app. Speaking of which, Speed Queen is the brand of washer and dryer they use which is the top of the line. I also appreciate the variety in different sizes of washers at such great prices. But last, the number one thing that makes this place so great is the employee name Bebbett. She has to be the hardest working and kindest soul within 100 square miles of this place, she is an absolute gem of a human being. My family suffered going homeless for our first time ever and I will just say that she became a friend to our family and truly helped us keep our sanity. We were homeless for 5 weeks but now have an apartment. Thank you for your fair prices New Wave with top of the line machines and thank you for being you Misses Bebbett!

Babette is always helpful no matter what day or time she's here and ready to help I'm very bad with electronics and couldn't do that without her help. She also has a awesome sense of humor. I saw her rescue a wallet with someones money and she was honest and told them it was in a brown paper bag they didn't even know it was in it I also seen her go out and unload and load a elderly persons clothes in the rain

While the location was clean, the price is WAY too high. To wash 2 pairs of jeans, 3 t-shirts, a dress, and a few undergarments I used the smallest washer they had on the normal wash and it cost me $5. Only reason I continued to do my laundry there was because of the free credit for downloading the app. Won’t be back unless the prices go down.

The first time I went in to find info about how it worked. I was met by Lindsey and she was so nice!!!! I came back a few days later and signed up and got the bonus money added to my account. I have been in doing my laundry for over a year!!! I love this place ❤️!!!! Clean friendly and right next to where I shop!!!! I told my friend and she also loves this place. I am glad you are here 😊!!!!

This laundromat charges 2X more than all the others in town, doesn't post the prices of the machine you may choose to use.
Very deceiving IMO. 3 loads of blankets and comforters for $40 just to wash.
Personally never coming back.

I haven’t been to a laundromat in 20 yrs. Needless to say, they have changed. This establishment was pristine. Babette was excellent. She assisted me with the procedures & machines, all with a pleasant, helpful manner.
I would absolutely recommend New Wave (& Babette) to anyone & everyone.

Wow, I haven't seen a place like this one before. Good and bad things. This place is very clean, the staff is very nice and friendly. They don't use quarters so don't try to get change for machines. It's all done on cards and fancy tech equipment. Pretty cool actually. The bad is that is so expensive. It is the most expensive laundromat I have ever been to. If you have a budget or an idea about how much you want to spend, I wouldn't recommend this place if you have large loads. You will pay $30 or more and it's alot of mo ey for laundry. Other than the prices, this place is nice. Not sure if I will return though due to prices.
