I love the AI integration here! Super easy to load money to the app then just select which wash/dry you're using and you can either wait or run an errand if you need to. The app sends a reminder 3 min before your unit is done! Oh and another very important perk.....it is so clean!!! The attendant on duty is very nice and helpful! The Salem, OR location rocks!!!

This was my first time going to New Wave Laundromat, and it was a very pleasant experience. My washer broke at home, and I just came back from Disneyland, so I had A LOT of laundry to do. Everyone was so nice and helpful with probably the silliest questions. The manager even got me a couple dryer sheets, because I forgot mine at home. Everything looked well maintained and clean as far as I could tell. Their app was super easy to use also! All around a great experience even though I was just doing laundry! 💫

Our first time here , and could not of been more pleased by the help we received from Babette on Lancaster, in Salem, Oregon. The whole process was very quick , dryers and wash machines got our clothes very clean and dried quickly. I recommend this laundry mat to anyone. Won’t be going anywhere else.

This spot intrigued me based on the fact that you navigate your laundry payments and cycles through an app on your device. You can physically add cash to your laundry account as well as a debit option at the kiosk. The kiosk takes cards and bills only, no coin.
Speed Queen brand. Generously sized washers and 2 dryer sizes. Oversized folding tables. Yes, they have a restroom for customers.
The location of the business with respect to the design of the parking lot is not ideal for getting large amounts of laundry back and forth to your vehicle. You will be competing for parking spaces with customers from neighboring businesses.
It gets very crowded when it's busy. There is not much seating.

I NEVER IN ALL MY LIFE SEEN A CLEANER LANDRAY MAT AND THE WOMAN THAT HELPED ME WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WENT THERE TO WASH A LOAD OF CLOTHES THAT I WAS TO SCARED TO FINISH AT A DIFFERNT LANDRAY MAT I DIDNT KNOW THAT THEY USED AN APP FOR THIS ONE AND I DIDNT NEED QURTERS BUT IT WAS OK CUZ SHE TOOK THE QURTERS AND FUNED MY ACCOUNT SHE ALSO GAVE MY 6 DOLLORS FOR DOWNLOADING THERE APP. ALL THE WASHERS AND DRYERS WERE SHINNY CLEAN THE FLOOR EVAN HAD A NICE SHINE TO IT AND OTHER CUTOMER WERE WATCHING A MOBIE WITH THERE KIDS SO IT WAS QUITE AND FAMILY ORENTED I WASNT SCARED NOT ONCE THERE IS ROOM FOR EVEYONE TO SIT THE INVERMENT WAS CLAM AND CONTERBAL ALL AT ONCE I GUESS YOH WOULD HAVE TO SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT ALSO THE HAVE SOAP ANS OXY CLEAN IF YOU FORGOT YOURS. I WAS SO INBARASSED THAT MY CLOTHES WERE SO SMELLY THAT I HAD BROUGHT THEM IN TO SUCK A NICE CLEAN QUITE LANDRAY MATT. I TRULY THINK I FOR GOT IT WAS A LANDRAY MATT

I went in to check the place out and got a personalized tutorial on how to use the facility. The young woman was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and patient. I am not tech savvy and there was a bit of tech required. When i did come in to wash my rugs, she was there to assist me with other questions. Clean place! She was wiping down the washers and dryers and someone else was mopping the floor. Lots of machines, lots of tables to fold, lots of chairs.

Machines are great, employees are rude. We were watched and talked about the whole time we were there. They were complaining about us starting our laundry when we had plenty of time to do it and they stood over us and followed us everywhere we went like we were doing something wrong.
