I recently visited the laundromat and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jackie. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jackie made sure that I had everything I needed and even gave me some great tips on how to get the best results with my laundry. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my experience so much better. I highly recommend this laundromat, especially because of the wonderful service provided by Jackie!

First and last time coming here. The lady was friendly and helpful and the business was clean. The small wash is 5 dollars and the large was is 8 dollars. The machines also do not take coins you must use card or pay the the attendant. The doors lock you in at 8:30 and the business closes at 10. I did two large loads and the dryer was 2 dollars. I spent 18 dollars to wash my clothes, never in my life have I spent so much at a laundry mat.

I don’t normally like laundry mats. New wave is always clean. The girls are always cleaning or helping people with their laundry needs. Virginia is here almost every time I come in. She is always smiling and helping others. And staying on top of cleaning. There is a new girl I haven’t seen before and she is just as great as Virginia. I feel extremely safe with everyone here.

This is my first time at new wave, first experience at the beginning, I have no idea how this washer machines works but Ms. Babette Was very helpful. She is amazing!! She helping me out not only because it’s her job, but she do it with a big smile.
She explains to me how to used the app and how I can add money, how the machines works. She was so friendly and very patient with me. Since I didn’t know, how to it. I wish more places have the same customer service!!

This is a very nice laundromat. It’s bright, clean and friendly. Today was my first day here, and Babette helped me learn the process of setting up and paying, which I did with an app on my phone. The system is easy, and you don’t need quarters! It has been a very good experience. Also there is plenty of seating and folding space. A+

This is my favorite laundromat ever, its always clean, and Babette is the best. I only trust her to do my wash & folds. I find it a little bit expensive to pay for my washing to be done - but seriously Babette is worth the money.

Super clean and easy to use with the app. My first time here and Babette was very helpful getting us started and showing us just how to use everything.
This place is amazingly clean and spacious.
We came on a weekday, late morning and had our choice of machines. But still with a crowd I would choose this place for the cleanliness and ease alone.
Could use some better choice of seating, but that's a small gripe overall.
Definitely will be my go to laundromat in Salem!
