Bad customer service. They damaged my sprinkler head .they didn’t want to fix it. Manager told me I have to pay couple hundred even their workers did that. She said very common. if the happen every year I still have to pay . Very bad company. I never recommend for anyone. Be careful

Scheduling a laundry pick-up was straightforward once I logged into my account. The company recently rebranded from Daybreak Laundry to Night & Day Cleaning & Laundry, and at first I had trouble logging in because all the search engine links were broken. After calling the company, I was able to access the correct website homepage, which worked smoothly on both Firefox and Chrome. Some “Laundry” homepage links (Home, Commercial, Fluff & Fold, Dry Cleaning, Blog) are broken, and I didn’t test other ways to access those services.

That said, the service itself was excellent. Communication was top-notch — I received accurate pick-up and drop-off times with regular ETA updates. Each driver was personable, professional, and very helpful. My finished laundry came back neatly folded, clean-looking, well-packaged, and with a fresh scent.

Pricing is transparent and easy to find. As a disabled person who finds it difficult to leave home, I think the price is absolutely worth it for the convenience and quality.

I recommend this service for anyone without access to a laundry facility or for those with mobility or disability challenges, as long as the cost-to-benefit makes sense for their situation. Overall, a very professional and helpful service, with just a few website hiccups that need fixing.

I had my coat dry cleaned and the clerk that took my coat said since the zipped out part was small that I wouldn't be charged for it. My husband went to pick it up yesterday and they charged me for it anyway. That is not good customer service and they should have made it right since I was told a certain price upfront. I called this morning to see if they were going to make it right and the lady told me that she would put in a request. It was their error and they should have given me back the extra cost. I will never go back. Bad customer service

Great and fast service! I love that the prices are upfront and it’s was very easy to set up a pick up on the website as well, and got all my confirmation emails and texts and I found everything very clear. Steve is very friendly, timely and a good communicator.
