I stumbled upon this laundromat while searching for a coin laundromat in Boston, which I hadn't thought of.
The beauty of this laundromat is that it's well-maintained. Broken washers and dryers are marked "Out of Order," and the store is clean.
Korean tourists traveling to Boston and needing laundry and drying services should definitely visit this place.
Using this place has helped me ease my laundry worries. Thank you for reading this long post.

I have been using Nino’s the past several weeks. My clothes consistently come out wet after using the dryers. Also, prices are pretty high all things considered.

Good quality machines and place is generally clean, but the staff working there can be rude, and the washing machines are usually mildewy because it is always closed.

I used this Laundromat today it was my first time! The machines are decent but the customer service from the hispanic lady in the office was incredibly poor! I walked in with a bag of laundry & asked for $10 worth of quarters to wash! I was asked by the hispanic lady if i was getting the quarters to wash❗️ 🤔 The guy that helps clean at the facility said something like you dont see his bag of laundry there! I then went to dry my clothes and because this was my first time using the facility the markers on the dryer for where you put quarters for a specific dryer was confusing, (‼️another patron also asked about this ‼️so I accidentally put my quarters in the dryer that was already being used by someone else! I went to ask her if i could retrieve those 4 quarters, after i already used their 🏧, & bought detergent there, she was watching a movie on her tablet & DID NOT want to get up to assist me! She replied with a very hostile response, “ ill give you the quarters this time, its your fault for next time “ . For this reason, her poor attitude and horridness customer service when its literally her job to assist patrons. I WILL NEVER use this establishment again! 💯

I can do a week's worth of laundry in less than an hour for $5. You can't really beat that. A public bathroom would be nice.

Great service ! Nino replies very quickly on chat through google. I gave my clothes for wash and dry. Since the girl at the counter had gone on break, I could leave my clothes at the counter as she could see it on cctv camera. I got my clothes back in less than 24 hrs. Their minimum weight is only 10 lb so it’s great even if u don’t have a big load of clothes. If u want to do the washing yourself, that option is also available.
