Very cozy and safe (cameras everywhere). I left my clothes cleaning and went to Cappys Pizza next door to eat something while waitving. :)

Quiet, clean and open late.
The person in the counter is super nice. She helped me with all the washing cycle. I definitely recommend this place.
CREDENTIALS: I have been coming to Nino's Laundry for many years now - ever since I accepted that I'm too lazy/busy to do laundry myself.
PRICE: I looked around and saw that Nino's wash/dry/fold service is one of the most affordable - if not the most affordable - in Back Bay / Fenway.
SERVICE: Recently, Nino's hired a new laundress, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond to give you the best laundry service possible. Need a different detergent, different dryer setting, different fold style, different pick-up date, different bags? No problem - she's got you covered. Service is simply awesome.
MANAGEMENT: Finally, the owner is always prompt with getting back to me - no matter what questions I have or what time of day I contact him.
BONUS: Every now and again I run into the owner on Westland walking his super-friendly pup, Mr. DeSoto; a really great brand-ambassador 🥰🐕

Honestly love this laundry! The wash and fold service is very efficient and the delivery service is also a good addition to the business. During my service, the worker updated me on when my clothes would be ready for pickup which I appreciated. It also helps that the hospitality from the owner is unmatched!

Clean, staff are friendly, they’ll let you Venmo them for quarters. Vibes are good. Respectful. I feel safe there as a female.

Their quarters machine has been broken for 3 weeks now, which makes it incredibly inconvenient to do laundry without quarters.
Hi Nik, thank you for your review. I understand it is terribly frustrating and inconvenient, but it is frustrating for us as well. We have put in a service call with our laundromat distributor, Garment Machinery Inc, about 2 months ago regarding the coin machine and a technician has yet to be sent out despite numerous calls every week since the original call. We have been left with no other choice but to kind of figure things out for ourselves in the meantime. Whenever the coin machine goes out of service, it is usually resolved within an hour or 2. Also there is an attendant on duty from 9-5, and 9-3 on weekends who can exchange bill for quarters if the coin machine goes out of service
Coin laundromat that is clean and has plenty of machines. Heavy duty wash cost $4.50 in July 2022. $1 to dry. Operates longer hours than many in Boston. Down a couple of flights of stairs. Change machine. 4-5 minute walk from green line symphony stop.
A regular coin laundry. Please note that only coins are accepted. There is a change machine. Detergent is also sold.
