I used Nino’s Laundromat for their wash-and-fold delivery service and unfortunately had a frustrating experience due to poor communication. From the very first time I called, the woman on the phone told me my laundry was ready — which I appreciated. I asked if it would still be delivered, and she responded that she didn’t know, because no one else was there to handle deliveries. This confused me greatly, since I had already arranged and paid for delivery service.

I called several more times over a three-hour period trying to clarify the situation, but each time I was told the same thing: she was alone, and couldn’t confirm anything. The delivery was supposed to occur between 1–2 PM, but by 2:15 PM, I still had no answers and ended up walking to the laundromat myself to carry the 25 lbs of laundry home.

I paid $2 per pound plus a $20 tip upfront ($70 total), but only received $40 back — so I paid $30 for a delivery service that wasn’t fulfilled.

While I appreciate that my laundry was cleaned, I found the lack of coordination and communication deeply frustrating. The language barrier and conflicting information made things harder. I understand mistakes happen, but I felt dismissed rather than helped.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend their delivery service. However, this place may still be fine if you’re only using it for self-service laundry.

The place and machines are fine, but the guy/employee who's always near the coin machine isn't as nice at all. My partner and I have been going to this laundromat for months, and we always use 2 carts for our laundry because we have a lot of clothes to wash every week. But last Wednesday, when it was just us and a couple other people there, this guy came up to us and said we were taking up too many carts. He wouldn't leave us alone until we gave one back. I looked around, and we were the only ones even using the carts since the other customers didn't need them. He tried to say something about always having to fix the wheels on the carts. But why should we care about that? We weren't breaking them. We're just two customers trying to use the place. He came off as a little rude, and it's going to be a problem if he makes a fuss about this again.

Cheaper than the neighboring laundromat. Dryers seem to dry more efficiently than the other one on Westland as well. 10/10 I would recommend using this one!

No info on website or social media about holiday hrs. Are you open Easter Sunday? Sitting in hotel trying to figure out if you’re open….

UPDATE: Got ahold of them; went over and found a very pleasant place to do laundry. Very clean, and has everything you need. You can tell it is a very well-run operation😎
