DOUBLE CHARGED

Not happy.

They have done a good job cleaning my suit, and the establishment is neat and tidy. My issue with this business is that they ask for payment when you drop off your item which is fine, but when I picked up my suit today they charged me again. I told them that it was paid for when I dropped it off as per their request and also per the sign on the front window, to which they basically called me a liar, and got argumentative when I pointed towards the sign.

I'll give two stars because my suit is clean, but I can and will get the same clean somewhere else and just pay once.

I will not be back to this business.

The lady owner is incredibly kind and helpful, she made everything so easy. The washing process are quick and clean, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cheap and reliable place to do your laundry!
