Last Friday, I got my down coat back, I was totally pleased, because it just like new! It is very fluffy like new! By the way, my down coat is specify no dry clean, cold or warm wash only.

An extremely average experience. We only used the wash/dry/fold for a few weeks. One week we received items in our washing that weren't our own, and two weeks after we stopped sending clothes to be washed I received a few extra items back that I didn't notice had been missing. Who knows if they lost anything else because we sent a lot of stuff while waiting for our new washer. We had initially used them for some drycleaning a while back which seemed fine, however we will be moving on to a more organized shop now.

I can't suggest Oak Hill Dry Cleaners enough! I thought I had destroyed my boyfriends suit and brought it in last minute. Travis and the nice woman at the front looked at it and were able to get the suit in so quick. They even shared some knowledge as to what had happened when I picked it up.
