I am appalled. At 8pm tonight I'm being rushed and the bathroom door was locked for use. The women working told me I could pee on the floor for all she cared. I stated our clothes will be finished before 930 please stop harrasing us as you are open until 10pm. She cussed me out in front of two other women. Complained about working. It is not even 9 pm. I'm bleeding from being hit by one of the laundry baskets as well and was unable to clean myself due to the bathroom being locked. When the other customer asked her to open the door for me that is when she told me to pee on the floor but did indeed open the door finally. I also have a 3 year old who needed the toilet. Absolutely never coming back to this place.

The old owner, Don, was friendly and ran a tight ship. The machines and entire laundromat was cleaned every day. They closed at 10pm and the last wash was at 8pm. There was staff until close. Since the new group of owners came in, the machines have not been cleaned routinely, there is staff available sometimes until 5 or 6pm although they will try to tell you that they were there until 8pm or later. Sometimes there is no one there during normal hours lets say like 12pm (noon) on a Saturday/Sunday. The place is open 24 hours but there is absolutely no staff after 8pm for sure. Then the owners had problems amongst themselves and closed a couple of the locations like Middletown due to supposed non payment of bills. One former group member even went to the laundromat to air out her dirty laundry in regards to the group situation. I have no idea how they have managed to bungle this so badly that they ruined some of the states finest and most beloved laundromats.

Great place to drop your clothes off. The wash and fold service is super affordable and done the same day. The staff is friendly and do a great job.
Edit: There is an employee that steals there and management ignores this. It's a shame that one person can ruin what was once a nice place.
