We were incredibly fortunate to discover this launderette during our holiday, and it turned out to be a surprisingly enjoyable experience. The facility was spotless, with well-maintained machines that made the process smooth and efficient. Linda, the staff member on duty, was exceptionally helpful when we encountered a small issue, guiding us with a friendly smile. Thanks to her assistance, we were able to finish all our laundry in just 40 minutes!! If you're in the area and need laundry done, this place is a true lifesaver! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean big machines washed very well people in office not friendly. Note don't eat at the pizza joint next door! Small pizza

the staff is completely incompetent. the washing machines will accept payment but won’t work when i brought this up to the employee their solution is throw more money in my the machine.
We are sorry you had a negative experience at our laundromat. After talking with staff, it sounds like there was some confusion regarding our "Sanitize" feature. Our machines don't tell customers to use the Sanitize feature, but our attendants often recommend it to customers as it is a free feature that a customer should use before they put any items/soap/money into the machine. It is designed to clean the soap chutes and drum of all previous cleaning products/detergents used by the previous customer in said machine.
It looks like, in this situation, you had accidentally selected the "Sanitize" feature after putting in your items into one of our washers and paying the amount for the wash. As a result, since the Sanitize feature is still priced (even though it is free at $0.00), the machine thinks you are still paying and eats any money you had previously put into the machine. Unfortunately, we don't control this. This is a result of the design of the machines themselves. We do have attendants that are relatively new at this location and are still learning. In response, our attendants should have rectified this by running the store's refund card for you to get your machine going so that you did not have to try and pay twice. We do apologize for this and the inconvenience it caused. The attendants working today have now been taught the proper procedure to avoid this confusion/situation in the future. Long story short, all customers should please make sure to only use the Sanitize feature before they put any money, items, or soap into a washer. If this happens again, our attendants are ready to help rectify the situation in the right way.
