Its an awful business, refuses to take any responsibility for my damaged pants. I took them to have them dry cleaned and they washed them without my permission quoting label said “it was ok” . I dont care what label says. I have owned pants made of this material for many years and I made a mistake of washing my first pair. They shrunk extensively and thats why I have been dry cleaning this material ever since. These pants have shrunk 2 sizes and are not wearable. The manager refuses to take any responsibility for the damage. I am sorry but if I take something to have it dry cleaned I expect to have it dry cleaned. If they have issues getting a stain out they need to call me and discuss the option of washing with me before just dumping my pants in the water. That is unacceptable.

They did a great job with a sequined dress. Called me to explain how they can do a gentle hand wash setting by machine and hang to dry. Dress in great shape. Fast turnaround and sensible prices. Thanks!

i took my brand new wool coat to get dry cleaned and it was super soft when i brought it in...i even hesitated and went back to get it after i dropped everything off but the woman insisted everything would be ok.

i should've trusted my gut...my wool coat is shrunk and the fabric and completely ruined. its scratchy and uncomfortable to wear. not to mention the back end of it it's now higher than the front and there was splatters of white chemical still on the fabric on the sleeve.

i was devastated and cried all evening about it. hopefully i can return and get my money back or try and get compensated for the coat.
