Dee “Better Business Bureau” Important

If I can give no stars, I would I’ve been bringing my clothes here without even noticing how disgustingly they poorly washed their clothes. I just happen to pay over $200 to pick up three loads to find my clothes completely stained my whites, no longer white, the saddest part about it all is that the owner that I spoke with told me she did it herself. She never once apologized. Just continued to tell me that this never happened pretty much that I’m a liar. These are clothes that never went into her like this. These are clothes that were very expensive and thought that they’d be treated with better care I had to throw away a lot of my personal items again. I called her not one apology all attitude! Waste of my money save yours !!! Theres more pictures too many to list.. unprofessional!! Based on other reviews, as you can see, they never take accountability and blame the customer for everything but I see I’m not alone in this!! Something needs to get done
