70 reviewsI am editing this to be 4 stars because the laundromat has since updated and changed owners. It's a totally different place now. Machines are excellent, prices a tad high, but if this is close to you don't hesitate to come!
Original post: I don't like writing negative reviews but I live in the building next to this place and can't justify coming here anymore. Over 50% of the washers are out of order and all of the detergent dispensers are empty. Have never once seen an attendent here to help if there's an issue such as an overflowing washer. It's now more worth my time to drive elsewhere rather than wait for this place to work as a functioning laundromat.
Just changed from 1 star to 3 star because their dryers are pretty effective and I like their laundry folding tables.
Half the machines are broken, the change machine sucks up bills without giving back change, the washers don’t run hot water when you set them to hot, and there is no support in sight when there is a problem. Anyone rating it above 1 star must have been lucky on the day they showed up.
Most of the washing machines are broken, along with the ATM and one of the change machines. Owner doesn’t seem to care at all, never seen anyone working there, and no one has ever picked up when I’ve had to call the number after a machine has eaten my coins.
Great staff and nice place. Highly recommend
Good laundromat. Everything is coin-op, but you can get change from the machines there.
I only use this laundromat because the one near my house on king st has closed. Pearl laundry needs an update - 1/2 the dryers and 3/4 of the washers don't work. And I know they don't want loiters but for gods sake put a few chairs in the space so I need not stand for the 3 hours I take to do laundry
Sucks
The card machine has been broken for a long time can't do laundry unless you have a card and it's broken
After having to go here for about a year after the laundromat nearest me closed down, it's just gotten worse and worse. The washers and dryers barely work, I bring my own soap but to those who do not, good luck trying to get the dispensers to work, never mind the change machines! The dryers that do "work" spit half my quarters out so loading up the timer alone takes 20 minutes to do. The laundry carts are constantly stolen...often leaving only one available if you're lucky there even is one or someone else isn't using it! How am I supposed to move my wet clothes to the dryer, drag them across the barely cleaned floor? I don't live in the apartments above but I kinda feel bad that they have to do their laundry downstairs here! There's never attendants there unless it's to open or close I'm pretty sure. At this point I'd rather waste my gas and drive further to simply clean my clothes. Take better care of your resources please!!! I usually don't leave public reviews but I feel this needs more attention since it's pure neglect at this point!!!
