I was helping a friend who car was broke down, I have no complaints, just a go in, pay and get your clothes...the washers worked just fine and the people in the area are nice.

I would rate this zero stars if I could. Out of a dozen machines only one will be working. Broken machines aren't labeled and will steal your money. In my years of living in this neighborhood they have never made any attempts fix or upkeep this place

So haven't been here in years, noticed that they don't have an attendant w/washing services anymore. Alot of the machines are taped up,but that's nothing strange around Burlington, one washer had the glass window broken out so it's probably Alot of vandalism happening and you can't really help that. Plus one thing that sucks is that the bathroom is locked up now, probably because of the druggies around town, can't help that. Still alot of vending machines,plus you got other business close like Dunkin, and is right down town with parking everywhere.overall I say this is a good choice for people who live downtown and have no transportation.

No hot water and there are more homeless people being vagrant then there are actual customers doing laundry.

Good prices, if there is a refund problem just fill out the sheet. He will get back to you, I imagine it takes time to go over the cameras to make sure your not bluffing.
