70 reviewsIf the machines eat your money you WON'T!! get your money back, and if you call and complain they will hang up on you.
Uploading some pictures here. Looks like this place got new washers (still the old dryers) but this laundromat is officially quarterless. Credit or debit card only on all the washers and dryers. Furthermore it seems the front door is blocked off and you can only enter through the back. Haven't used these machines yet but posting for others to see.
this laundromat has continuously gone downhill, limited machines work 6.50 and 9.00 for the only washers that work, machines with literal glass inside of them. No attendants are available for refunding coins eaten and will never answer your calls if you try to call the number posted for help. 0/10 replace your machines
It's improved since re-opening. The washers are pretty efficient, even with a lot of clothes, and there are a lot more available now. There are options for warmer water but I've never noticed it actually make anything warmer so I'm not sure if any heating element is actually hooked up. Dryers still take a while, but they work. Biggest downside is that it's now a card only establishment, which can be pretty frustrating. Overall it's okay for what it is.
The internet will cut out and leave you waiting 20 minutes for it to come back on so you can use the machines.
I purchased laundry soap from the electronic dispenser and it ate my money! I then called the phone number for the laundry owner and his wife yelled at me! I am not cheap but it is pathetic to steal a dollar! please excuse the grammar!
Lots of machines, although there're usually some out of order. Overall it's probably the best in town.
Reliable machines, dryers do not overheat like some of the other laundries in town. Clean, nice people.
The majority of rentals in Burlington do not provide washing machines, laundromats keep closing, and Pearl Street has 21 machines out of order, which have been like that for as long as I’ve lived in town; 2 years. If I could give them a negative star I would because I believe this is severely unacceptable and insulting to people who don’t have the luxury of a personal washing machine. Washing your laundry shouldn’t be this stressful. As a community who claims to thrive on acceptance and inclusiveness, I’m appalled by the lack of care there seems to be to accommodate, what should be, a simple errand.
