Simply excellent service, above and beyond. They have very convenient operating hours and provide notifications by text. They accept credit cards, which is extremely convenient, especially via mobile payments.
Besides providing excellent laundry wash & folds, they offer high-quality fixing and alteration services. They also sell many laundry accessories such as laundry bags, reusable fabric softener balls, lint rollers, etc.

Machines work fine. They have both pay by card and coins. The staff is nice. The establishment is clean
WARNING: Keep an inventory of anything you drop off for wash-and-fold, and take photos.
I made use of their wash-and-fold service while on vacation in Boston, and they lost a pair of my pants. I contacted them to see if they had misplaced them -- no response, so I hiked back over there before they closed that day to inquire in person. They told me it was impossible they could have lost anything, denied having ever seen the pants (it was the top item in my bag when I dropped off the clothes), and didn't even look around. They told me to go search my hotel room again. I asked them to at least call me if someone returned them and they brushed me off. Wish I had kept better records so I could at least get compensated for the loss.
First . Thank you for your come to this laundry. Regarding to your missing pants , I can guarantee that 100% did not get lost In my laundry mat . Because we have a standard process . All the customer washed and dry /fold / packed with individual name tag . All wash and fold are weighted before and after .we do keep good records for all the customers.
They charge you for warm water even the machine doesn’t have it
I am sorry to hear that this things had happened to you. For the machine . Cold . Warm / hot water are the same price . You may had chosen the wrong button. We try our best give the customer the best experience.

The convenience is unparalleled, has the option to use your debit card and it's cheap enough that it's easily replaceable with any in house laundry you might have had access to. Tight space but there's loads of units to wash and dry with.
They ruined 4 tshirts and 2 sweatshirts of mine. Insisted that I put something in “that color“ which I have not. And when I went back, they were like oh this won't come out. Terrible, don't go.
Hi Aral . Thank you for your review, we understood your frustrations that your clothes got other color on your clothes due to discoloration of your stuff . This is self service washer / dryer , how the machine just ruined your t shirts that have other color on it ? Everyone use the machines for over the years without this issue , but you had it , please use your common sense , it is your right to come or not come to use the machine . This business been around to service the local for over 20 years , if is really terrible like you said , it would be out of business for long time ago .
Great service… I use the drop off wash and fold, and they are always reliable and more affordable than most. They have never lost any of my items, and once when they washed it with scented detergent (I asked for hypoallergenic unscented everything), they re-washed it again no charge. Most of the people working here are very friendly, and if you become a regular they will remember your name! I highly recommend.
Although it’s more of a walk than the other nearby laundromat to mine, I switched here because it accepts card, washes better, and is slightly cheaper. I’ve lucked out with finding machines but it is smaller so I can see why there could
be a wait.
